The 78th (Highlanders) Regiment of Foot was a Highland Infantry Regiment of the Line, raised in 1793. Under the Childers Reforms it amalgamated with 72nd Regiment, Duke of Albany's Own Highlanders to form the Seaforth Highlanders in 1881. It has fought through many wars and was one of Britains most sucessful highland regiments.

We as the 78th are a proud and dedicated regiment and want the same from our members, I belive it is important to get across we are a roleplay regiment who do have casual game time but also training times and dedicated line battle events. We will take memebrs of all ages you will need to be mature and be able to learn fast and follow orders. We have a ranking structure which we have added to be historic and something to be able to achive and feel acomplishment. People will be rewarded with ranks and we will only give out ranks to those the officers feel try hard and achive their best.
