Generic Rules (Subject to change.)

1. No more than 1 or 2 allies depending on how large the game is, if you manage to defeat an enemy player by destroying most of his base and he surrenders then you may offer him vassalage. Vassals are unlimited.

2. No Byzantines.

3. Rushing is look down upon heavily but isn't forbidden.
