AFKing on 3rd Floor

It has been brought to my atenchen that 5th Fleet is going AFK on 3rd Floor, and when CG comes up,We yell at them. Yes i am a culprit of this too.FROm now on, Make shor SOMEONE is not afk on 3rd or that when you are the last online non afk and you need to go afk you bring a CG to 3rd Floor. and DO NOT Yell at CG to "GET OFF THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ FLOOR". Tell them that 5th Fleet has the floor coverd. IF I HEAR any More Complants about this you WILL be DEMOTED or even KICKED.
