Do you want to be in a realism unit? Do you want to be in a realistic structured 'Division' that uses real life ranks, tactics and even awards? That is what the 3/2 is all about! Are you able to cooperate with your team? Do you have the correct skills necessary to succeed? Can you obey orders and commands? If you do want all that and can promise to do so, then keep on reading.

First of all, time commitments are a big thing in the 3/2. We pride ourselves on trying to accomplish our goals to the best of our ability while representing our unit as the elite, we are representing the United States Marine Corps. However, to do this, we need men and women who can be online, and who can actually do something for the unit. This isn't a clan, this isn't a guild, but this is a unit. Our unit is split into many different parts, each part brings different specializations, challenges, obstacles, and of course but not last, opportunities.

Realism is also a big factor here in the 3/2. When you become a Marine, you have many leadership spots at your fingertips, however, only the true leaders that show they have the skills necessary can become one. Our ranking system is also similar. If you love realism, you'll love what we bring to the table.

Core Values. Abide by them. That is our main goal - to follow the correct path. If you follow the guidelines, if you show yourself to be a true Marine, you can swing through the ups and downs. The Core Values aren't just a guideline or a suggestion, they are a policy, a policy necessarily to follow to succeed in the 3/2.

Finally, we are professionals. In-game and out of game. What you do here doesn't classify who you are, but who you are classifies what you do here. Every man will respect each other accordingly, no matter what country he is from or what he believes in, keep it out of the unit. You will cover his back as he will cover yours! If you have a ego or an obsession with power - we don't want you, because it will just get squashed.

After enlisting, we will evaluate your application to see if you are Marine material. Make sure to be truthful when you are answering the questions, if you lie we will find out, ever heard of a discharge before? Remember, the Core Values are key. After your written application is approved, you will undergo a verbal interview to make sure that you have what we're looking for. If you pass this, you will go through BMO (Basic Marine Orientation). Our Instructors will teach you the basic skills and you will be indoctrinated into the units protocols. By the end of your training, you will graduate and become a fully-fledged member of the 3/2! Although your training will be over, your career as a member of this establishment will have just started.
