Recruit Training - Section B Recruit Steam Group

SECTION A

Recruits who are in Section "B" must add (B) at the end of their name tags on Steam.

Example: Rec. J. Doe [3rd MAR] (B)

RESPONSIBILITIES AS RECRUITS

All Infractions warrant a Page 11 upon every reminder (loss of 5 points)

Must create Forum Account on unit Forums
Must wear correct Tags in Steam Name at all times
Must wear correct unit avatar on Steam Profile Image at all times
Must remain in this Steam Group (Leaving perceived as Drop on Request)
Must install Teamspeak 3 upon graduating Recruit Phase

GRADING PERIODS

All Recruits start with 10 points and must accrue 40+ points within three months to be added to our enlisted ranks.

Points are updated every 1st and 15th of every month
Total added/deducted points from your score each cycle is based on overall average you received from graders
Recruits are to keep up with their own scores. We will not tell you how many you currently have.
Current Points can be checked by visiting the Forums and hovering over "Recruits" in the nav menu at the top of the screen

WHAT YOU ARE GRADED ON

Aside from Activity, all grades are based on what our graders witness or hear from other enlisted Marines, Clans or Pubbers. Page 11's will also be issued for even very small infractions to areas we grade "high priority" or above

Activity is graded as medium priority. Within a 15 day period, 3 hours is considered Average and will not hurt your score nor greatly help it
Behaviour is graded in the highest priority and carries the largest points to be gained or lost. It compromises willingness to be a part of this unit and any instance witnessed or reported of trolling, hostility or insubordination
Mental Capacity is graded under medium importance. It entails your ability to not have to be coached constantly on where to find things on the website and staying on top of the Blotter updates
Following Orders is graded under high priority. Examples of following orders is remaining still and attentive in formations, quickly responding to orders, knowing when to be serious and when not to be
Mic Spam is graded under very high priority. Always maintain a restrained use of your microphone if you are not being addressed. We want you to speak, but not all of the time. In addition, yelling or playing music without permission is an instant Page 11 if it is disruptive
Interaction with Unit and Marines is graded under low priority. Examples of how to be seen interacting more are joining "unit events" Marines create in other games, congratulating Marines and Recruits recently promoted on their promotion threads, being an active forum member and so on
