if someone has this config please post it here

♥♥♥♥ 100 tick, l4d rarely goes over 30 tick rate anyway so FORCING 100 is stupid and unstable. most people i've spoken to prefer 30 tick, so please can someone make a config for 30 tick no ds? or if one exists post it here please thanks<3

30 tickrate was used during the best competitive days of this game so what is the problem i don't understand. maybe 66 tick? has anyone even tried that? believe it or not some people still have ♥♥♥♥ internet that can't handle 100 tick obviously, no matter what rates i try..literally. British internet is the best, beast phoneline connection. It's either bad internet or something else, or a mix of things but it is annoying..

why are we forced to use 100k rate? why can't we switch to 30k if we want too in these 100 tick servers? are they all the same way? I don't think they all are but pretty much all i've played on are...
