The 22nd Special Air Service Regiment is a Newly formed small scale Tactical Realism unit based on ArmA 3. We are a special forces unit who value Quality over Quantity, meaning we are a small scale unit. What we do not possess in numbers we make up in the sheer quality and very high standard of training and performance in a singular member.

What makes this unit different to other units?
You are not just another member who comes and goes, is not valued, does not get respected nor does he get any credit for putting in so much time into a unit, and then will gain a Dishonorable Discharge for 'Poor Conduct', meaning the leader just did not like or want you, and all of your time you spent being in that unit amounted to nothing.
Here, in the 22nd SAS, we like to embrace every single member into the very fabric of our community and make them feel like they are part of the picture, part of the group, become a member of our family. We will take you on, Teach you, Mentor you, Train you until you pass our recruitment selection, where you will find yourself in a unit with a stable, long term career, with the great chance to really enjoy the end target of ArmA 3, to play. You will also be given the respect that you rightfully deserve within our unit from every single member, from leadership right down the 'Rookies'.

Are there any Requirements?
We only take on those who are willing to always go that extra mile more than anyone else and will do whatever it takes to bring him and his teammates to victory, a competitive edge.
Someone who is mature minded and very reasonable in his thoughts who is able to sink into a team well.
We are looking for those who are a touch above the rest.
