Our aim is to provide our forces with any information they need or I deem necessary.

This division is to remain a secret to those outside this division, If anything is leaked to the outside world, those responsible will have their contracts terminated from both RIS and the 14JTF.

To Sniper Units
You are here to work closer with our team and be a RIS Operative working under the 14th, you will be expected to have complete weapon discipline and cover our troops from a distance. I expect no less from you.

To Intelligence Officers
You will be expected to infiltrate enemy fortifications in and outside of combat, to gather internal information. We expect you to have radio contact with the Division Head, and to report that of urgency/importance.

To Database Managers/Field Officers
You are to ensure that this page is up to date, this includes Guides, Profiles, and even in combat situations Grid Locations and Markers. Bonoculars will be your best friend.

Apologies for the absence, reading over the old database takes forever (decryption, defragmentation, and decompiling has taken up most of my hours). My eyes sting from sleep deprevation, I couldn't sleep due to an echoing noise. Nevermind that, I came across blueprints for the building and discovered that there is an underground storage outside used purely towards documentation of the begginings of the resource wars/political conflicts in the 70's. Even more interesting is that the blueprint was signed with a riddle in rainbow ink, "To wanderers known to my kin, look beyond our fathers' sins, and under that which falls like skin, lies the secrets of mine within". Could anyone look for a file on this Oda character, it's begining to bother me. Yet another page to the INK.

Oda name sounds familiar however that can be any kind of person. That's a very common name in the Orient. Specifically Japan, the name originates from one of the Clans from the Sengoku Jidai or Warring States period of time in what would be Feuduel Japan. It was one of the most powerful clans in Kyushu but I don't understand how it all connects. Could it be a code for something? We have to be missing something. What it is I don't know.

The rainbow ink is equally as decpetive. However I think I can find a connection between the two. In ancient Greece there was a Goddess named Iris. Iris was a personal handmaiden to Zeus' wife Hera and she was often depicted as being the Rainbow messenger of the gods. In Homer's Illiad she's seen darting about sending messages to the gods however she does not appear again in his book Odyssey. She was shown as goddess of the sea and sky, and as a link from the gods to humanity.

So what does this all mean? Well Japan consititues of four main Island Kyushu, Hokkaido, Shikokku, and Honshu. Iris' sister Arke had wings which were ripped off at during the Titan War. The wings were presented to the nereid who gave them to her famous son Achillies. Achillies fell on the island of Troy. The War of the Pacific, the Pacific Resistance Campaign and the WWII Pacific campaign was fought mainly on islands. If you're starting to catch on this means one thing. We're going to be fighting for some key Island, however we already know this as we are already fighting for Altis and Stratis. Two major OPFOR bases

I'm confident that there is some other hidden code in here somewhere. Captain, if you could please post the rest of the report I would be most appreciative. I'm sure that there is some sort of connection that we are not seeing. Oda Nobunaga was a leader of the Oda Clan during the Sengoku Period and must have some connection to this. All I know about him was that he was betrayed by one of his vassals for having a homosexual relationship with one of his Sandal Bearers.

As I said please have the rest of the report up soon. I would like to analyze it. I'm not sure if I got all, please take refrences to historical or mythological things as from what I can tell that is what this "Oda" is trying to tell us through some form of Code. I'm not sure if I'm entirely correct however. This is entirely a RIS desicion. Kraken out
