West coast "milsim light" group in Arma 3

With the shift of global power dynamics brought about by the rise of China and a resurgent Russia, the US military enacted steps to realign American strategy with this new reality. Under this directive, the Army Chief of Staff ordered an expansion of the US Army Rangers. Given its historical connection to the 1st Special Service Force of World War II, the 1st Battalion, 74th Infantry was reactivated as the 1st Battalion, 74th Ranger Regiment at Fort Lewis, Washington.

The 1-74 RGR is currently deployed for training to the island of Stratis within the Republic of Altis and Stratis.
