Empire of the Hand joins Revan's Empire

After talks with Emperor Revan we have decided that we will be merging with Revan's Empire with all our planets and fleets. This means that the Empire of the Hand will cease to exist.

This will change nothing for the citizens of the Empire and they can just continue with their ordinary lives, all our troops will recieve new uniforms and all planets will fall under Revan's command from this point onwards.
