On request of a few players, we added a "Friends" leaderboard to the rotation on the main menu screen. It will appear, when at least one of your steam friends has an entry in the current season.

Also there was a small bugfix in general display of the leaderboards.

On request for streamers:
Added a Pause-Screen if leaving the game when Escape is pressed (keyboard only) or tabbing out of the game.
