Hi, will the mod tool for the full version of the game here work for the Steam version?

Attempting to access the modding tools at https://hyper-sthene.com/srs/mod/ is returning a 404 error for me. Has this been going on for a while and is there a plan to make the site/tools accessible again?

Whenever I click on the counter the counter jumps to 100. I can not enter anything, it always goes to 100.
