为什么我开始游戏了但是一直进不去

When i try to launch the game it gives me an Unreal Engine 4 error.

купил, хочу поиграть с друзьями, у троих запускается - у меня нет. подскажите что делать?

Whenever I try to launch the game, the game doesn't launch. I Press 'Play' the cursor starts to load as if the game is launch but unfortunately the game come backs to 'Play'. I got windows 10, 4070 graphic cards and i5 13600k. Plz developer have a look as I'm curios to play the game....
