What does getting the panties do exactly? I've stolen so much panties from unsuspecting highschoolers to the point that I feel like an old pervert and yet I still don't know what happens when I do collect them Is the panty-stealing mechanic hold some purpose or is it just implemented just for the sake of stealing panties from highschool girls?...

I have recently purchased this game and was looking forward to unlocking all the achievements due to the icons looking ace, but, once doing so.. they weren't showing up in my overall achievements. I'm not sure if it's a steam glitch or something to do with the game, any help?...
