How do you fix this ? Do you need them to play the game ?

so i played this game and i can see through everything is there a way to fix this or should just refund the game to go into more detail i can see there teeth and eyeballs as well as seeing objects in buildings i'm not hovering over edit: i refunded the game already thinking i wasn't going to get an answer but thanks to those that tried...

But now I started the game and it's in English, my question is now, can I play it in German or is this the only version in Steam? Hello guys! I've just buyed this game together with the prequel, but I have a hard time with this game. The Graphics arent showing properly and looks awkward and creepy tbh. Desperados 1 is working perfectly on my system but this isnt playable at this state. I've never started a discussion in steam so I dont know how to add a Screen in here.
