I'm assuming it's the appeal rating, but it just feels like the large pallets are the best for getting more storage capacity. The 5-10 appeal rating seems so unimportant compared to getting more storage, especially when I can buy something like a barrel and get 200+ appeal for little space....

It can hold 4 crops, it costs 100 and takes up the same space as 2 kitchen gardens. I could get 4 kitchen gardens for the same price and have 8 crops planted. Is there some other hidden benefit or is it really just a downgrade in every sense of the word for a higher cost?...
