Key from when it was paid?

So I hate how Steam handles F2P games.. Does anyone (or the devs) got a key of the game? Back when it was B2P? That way it adds +1 and stays on the library, unlike F2P games

Settings don't seem to save so can't improve performance

Didn't work very well on my macbook pro 2014, so tried to lower resolution & settings to improve things. However when you save the lower settings, they all just go back to max.
