I was looking forward to try this game when it got steam achievements, but still having the tag and not having achievements in the full release makes me wonder, will this title ever get steam achievements?

Am i missing something? i have a Dr. I have medicine. I have medical beds and Medical Supplies but my Dr. is just wandering around taking to people and my injured meeple is slowly going crazy.

Finally wanted to buy the game, only to see it has been removed from my wishlist and no longer appears when searching the Steam store. The soundtrack however, is available. Maybe this is due to the recent requirements enforced to list games on the German market. I'd still like to play this cute game. What options do I have to legally obtain a copy / key?...
