I wanna have this be a perfect game in my library, but the achievements wont unlock. I definitely unlocked a few based on the requirements too, but they wont pop up.

I've played this game several times and found some mysteries unsolved. How to get into the artificial area in the cave? Whose bone is in front of a hole on the wall of the Seedy House? Is there any additional story after the detective floated to the shore and opened his eyes? If you are a good detective, tell me the answers. P.S.
