When I first bought the game, I had a bunch of the befriendments from the other volumes already unlocked. This was before I went and bought all the dlc volumes. Is this a glitch?

I bought the base game and the first four DLCs a while back. I came back today to buy the rest of the DLCs but I'm not being given the option to buy them, it just says view details. I'm curious to know, were the DLCs made unavailable after a certain point or is it a page error?...
