What's the building wich makes more workers, please? I have a huge ice citadel but need a lot of workers... What should i do?

I thought at first that i was wrong, because i came back after a year but yes, i just found something higly suspicious : https://v1.steam.hlxgame.cc/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3625581203 The energy needed is very high on the Ice citadel (and i think on cliff too). When there's no tempest or any disaster. Maybe it's only on the ice citadel because it's always winter here? I'll investigate further. (the blue message in the square is : "Big heat incoming")...

Ingame nothing explain what the ionized dome is for. Does it only negate climate disasters? Or negate possibility of attacks too? (or something else?) Thanks.

Hey, so, I'm just wondering, are you completely finished with the game, as in "no further content updates, only bugfixes" or is there still some content to be added in the future? Now, don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this game, but there are a few minor areas where some additions would do wonders in my eyes ngl. Still, absolutely in love with the game anyways and think it's already amazing as it is!...
