Power Wells Bonus 10 minute and Stacking

The mod increases the duration of the Power Well Bonus by 10 times, from 60 seconds to 600 seconds. The mod also changes the bonus creation script so that Power Well Bonuses stack, even if they are of the same type. ----------------------------------------
