So I've completed the game and all the routes but for some reason the mythical grandchildren achivment isn't working any ideas?

Hello, I've played through a few endings but I'm not seeing any type of Gallery or ending list appear in the game. When I exited, I also didn't get any achievements! I'm on macOS if that helps. Is this a bug? Can it be fixed? Thank you in advance.

I've played through all of the Wolf's and Hunter's endings but I still haven't gotten an item or unlocked the CG room. I'm not sure if this is a bug limited to just my copy of the game or not, but I wanted to know if others were also having problems. (I've tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it but there's still no item or CG room)...
