Download Reshade with addons. Make sure you select Shader Toggler in the addon section. Once you activate Reshade ingame. Find the addons tab and then go through the process of finding the shader for the crosshairs and simply switch them off

I wish there was a way to enable a God mode, where you can fly around to wherever you want without having to play the mini-game of staying aloft. Causes the game to draw a black sky and players to get stuck under the map. Mostly affects Windows 7 but also some reports of Win8 and 10.
