HELP! Bike Constantly Spinning!

I cant play the game because as soon as I start the bike just keeeps turning endlessly, im also playing on a PS4 controller if that helps

Will it ever run at 60fps or is it locked?

FOV Change/Slider

Any chance of being able to change the FOV? I find it a bit close and it makes playing difficult. Finding the game enjoyable apart from that. Thanks :)
