Hey! I just got a DLC code from Alienware Arena, but the skin is not unlocking. What should I do?

Just as the title says, when I click on Arena, this load screen shows up and it would stay there, basically, forever. The longest I've waited is 10 minutes. Am I missing something?

Its about the achievement "BOOM! Destroy a vehicle by crushing it with the slam". Seems this achievement doesnt work for me. Destroyed so many vehicles by using a slam. Anyone any ideas, what am i doing wrong. Thanks in advance
