Hi! How long to beat and how long including all sidequests? Any roadmap for the game?

The art style and general feel remind me a lot of Fell Seal: Arbiter’s Mark. I really enjoyed that game, if any one has played FS and AA both please share your thoughts. I’ve been playing tactical RPGs for decades and FS really scratched that FFT itch I was looking for, and anything similar is something I’d be interested in...

Im not very far in the game yet, s othey might come later. But other then the tavern missions which are limited, are there random encounters or is there just story andsome tavern missions?

Have I missed something or it's impossible to look at everybody's health bar in combat at a press of a button? It feels really bad to play when you have basically no idea which target is full health or not and have to check everybody one by one. In terms of strategy it's abysmal. I hope I missed it and it's in the game because otherwise it's going to be hard to play the game honestly....
