How do you play this game? Purchased and downloaded; get a rectangular grey block and the game just hangs there. Does this game have major quality issues or am I extremely unlucky?

This is a copy of my Steam review for Hitman 2: Silent Assassin; which, includes the fix to the gray screen and game not being able to run issue. Does anyone have any freaking idea how to move the camera and look around while peeking through key holes??

The game does not start. Also all controls are freezing.

When playing there is a black shadow on Agent 47 when you turn in specific directions would anyone have a fix for this?
