I almost finished the game, I dont know how to get the achievement Masochistic Pleasure , cam you plz help me?

I've gotten all the CG's, listened to all the journal entries & the blooper reel, and did all the mazes (and I have every other achievement in the game if that factors into anything), but for some reason, this achievement is still not unlocking. Is there anyway to see your time on the mazes without having to replay and beat the maze again? So I can know which one I missed. Do I have to be the Mazes in a certain time? I just don't know what to do. It also seems like nobody else has been able to unlock this ...

This seems to be the last ending I have to get and I'm not sure what to try. Am I looking to save/kill someone specific? Or it it more of a long term thing?

Hello everyone! I have finished the game and I am only missing one achievement at this point (Masochistic Pleasure). There is also one blank spot in my CG gallery, namely the one between Peter cooking and Rosa looking at the napkin. If anyone could tell me how to get the missing CG, I would very much appreciate it....
