Good evening everyone, I loved to play this game years ago. I have recently seen this game is suddenly released on steam. But sadly, the version i had was a bit... crashy. I played custom matches with 3 AIs, and the game always crashed around ~150 rounds, the later the game, the more crashes. so it was not possible to even finish a long game which had 400 rounds once. Is this fixed in this steam version or do i look at non-fixed 20 years old code here?...

Well, I've waited about 25 years for this. I downloaded the latest version of M.A.X. Port, a fan-made rebuild of the game in an attempt to fix all the errors. I always wish there were not only more maps but bigger maps too. We need mods for this game. Having a truce for the first 100 rounds would be perfect too
