As soon as I try to start the game ist says: Error Unable to initalize video mode. Could not set screen mode. What should I do??? I want to play this game so badly TwT Please help me!!!!!!!

I get the error: Unable to initialize video mode. Could not create Direct3D Device. Error code: 8876086c Tried different compatibility modes and forcing dx9/11, nothing works. I play around 10 new games each month, never had that problem/error occur.
