Retired Application?

So recently booted up and was going through games I have and saw that Sky Climbers is now titled Retired Application, I'm not going to have to repurchase again? Seeing that you all are doing an update, and have apparently defunct the original game?

"retired application" basically turned out to be Skyclimbers. I'm not sure where I got the key from (It shows "retail" so it's a key) but they apparently scrapped the game and went back to the drawing board
