People sometimes are way too harsh on this game. If you leave behind the long development time, the time it got cancelled and the fact that boomer-shooters where not very popular at launch, then you can really enjoy a fun game that is more silly than serious.

Just rejoice on how far we have come with videogames and how much work is put into them (a few months after launch), but maybe past simpler times were better or they have a certain "je ne sais quoi"!
