How come a 1983 CIA team is made up mainly of women?

Despite the fact that we were able to squish ~7,500 bugs during the development of Phantom Doctrine , we are fully aware that some of you might still be able to break something or simply find issues which we or our external testing teams happ...

I know its a smaller game which explains the jank, but the game just isn't flowing. I was hoping for a clear narrative and tutorial, but it's so open ended that it feels more like a sim than a narrative. Am I missing something? I did one mission that randomly appeared on the board but could only bring two people and I nearly died. A bit rambly, but whats actually the narrative/main game here? What am I trying to acomplish?...

So i just got the game, launched it, it was normal looking, changed setting to fullscreen, then left to go to the bathroom, came back, its not open, and the game crashes within 10 seconds, doesnt even get to main menu, I already did the firewall thing, but still wont launch, please help edit: i did both inbound and outbound rules and it isnt working...
