i just bought this and downloaded it. when i click play nothing happens. it just syncs and closes. why?

I completed Tutorial Campaign but did not get the achievement for it?.

Achievements is a promised game feature yet there are none anywhere. Are you gonna add them?

Bought both games this morning full of anticipation and neither of them starts. My pc should play the games normally easy. beg you for solution. Thanks
