Game slows then freezes,starts at about wave 87.Why?

Hi, I have massive lags in mission 4 and survival mode, i had no problems in the other missions After a few waves (about 47) it starts to run slower and slower and i don't know why, i have this problem in no other game. i looked in the windows ressource...
