Edit: Coupons should work now. It seems that there is an issue with the coupons and that they cannot be combined and you cannot buy the game now if you have the coupon. Removing the coupon will fix the issue, or you can just wait until the launch discount is over and then use the coupon. We have contacted valve about the issue.
