Ia that right? I'm trying to lob them in, but miss a lot, is there some mechanism I'm missing that makes it easier to get the red glowy things into the hoops?

I do not understand what I am meant to do with the red ticking clocks. I accidentally fixed the position of the hour hand on all of them, but I cannot tell where the minute hand should be.

I'm just out of reach of the alarm. For some reason I'm unable to teleport once I find the alarm. Why is the teleportation taken from at this point?
