**🗺️ ARK RECOVERY ORDERS**
The MAP button becomes **ARK RECOVERY ORDERS** — a full authored campaign that always shows your next meaningful goal and guides the whole journey, from your first tap to your first Legacy Cycle. 214 orders across 7 phases, contextual side-orders, and a condensed Cycle track after you prestige. Each order unlocks a Recovered Record, and the old Map info lives on in the ARK MAP tab.

**🏔️ SURFACE SETTLEMENTS (Horizon 4)**
Build a permanent civilization *outside* the Ark. A new **SETTLEMENTS** page under the Legacy rail — locked from your 1st Legacy Cycle, unlocked on your 3rd. Every cycle grants a **Continuity Charter** (retroactive for veterans!) to found & advance six settlements from Landing Camp to a **Continuity Beacon**, across four readiness tracks. Link Deep Regions, get doctrine discounts, and once all six are founded the **Horizon Council** convenes with endless civic tracks + a per-cycle Agenda. *+6 Recovered Records, +8 achievements.*

**🌊 DEEP SURGE + TAP FOCUS**
A new third tab on the Boost page: three click-to-charge surge bars — Exploration, Remnant & Legacy — that stack **additively** with the Ark Accelerator, plus a **Deep Overload** panel and a **Deep Overdrive** combo, with a live per-resource rate grid. And **Tap Focus**: the Bridge tap mode now lets you choose *which* Exploration resource to gather by hand.

**⚡ SMOOTHER**
Fixed several recurring frame hitches (autosave, achievements, story records) for a steadier late game.
