I currently have 45 / 50 medals but not exactly sure which I should focus on. Does it require at least 1 star for every level, 2 stars, or do you have to get all 3 stars in every level to get this achievment?

I have started playing the game and have found that the skills buttons dont work on my xbox controller. I have forwards and backward movement but the actions buttons do nothing. No jump or slow to play the game with x and a buttons . I tried with the keyboard and the space works for the jump but it dont work for the controller. The game is marked a full controller support but i wonder if anyone else is having the same trouble....
