I'm officially leaving a negative review because MAYBE the devs will actually pay attention (probably not).

It might say I only have 0.6 hours in the prologue, but I played the demo a lot. I did literally all there was to do in the demo, in fact. And this is very similar. In fact, the prologue is ACTUALY worse than the demo.

They tried to add a few things, but it didn't make the game that much better and just added more flaws. None of the flaws of the demo were fixed. ZERO.

I'm going to list all the problems with this game, but there are so many I don't even know where to start. I like the idea and the concept of this game but it has a LOOOONG way to go.

Let me start by saying the devs don't listen to feedback. The devs haven't replied to a SINGLE comment on the steam discussion board for the demo, nor did they ever post anything there, or any news in months, and they didn't announce the prologue there either. I only found out about it from a YouTuber, apparently the only person they talk to.

So here's the cons:

-Devs don't listen to feedback. Devs don't communicate.

-There are WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too many customers. Day 1 and day 2 are ridiculous. I had a line a mile long and nothing I could do about it.

-Nothing is innovative about the cashiering/change system. The only change you had in the demo were dimes. In this, they've added half dollars but still....that's not much. Why? The cone prices are in multiples of 10 cents. The ice cream prices are in multiples of dollars. You can't set your own price exactly, only go up and down a dollar (ice cream) or 10 cents (cones) at a time.

One dollar is way too high for sugar cones and way too low for chocolate cones. So you have to give change back to EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER and it's annoying af. You have to grab a cone, scoop the ice cream, and plop it on the cone for EACH customer, THEN also check them out. There's STILL no hiring yet in the prologue, just as there wasn't in the demo. This all wouldn't be so tedious if it weren't for the fact that I had about 50 customers day 1. It's just ridiculous.

Also to make matters even worse, there's no visual or audio clues as to if the person is giving exact change or not until about a second later making it harder to go back and forth from ice cream scooping to cashing out. Because often my cashing out line is as long as it can be, and so if I try to hand the ice cream to the customer I have to go cash out the customer....that I already tried to but they didn't give exact change. And if I wait to see if it was exact change or not, that's a second wasted. Per customer. And again, of course, this wouldn't be a problem if I didn't have 100 customers on day 1!

This is actually a new problem with the prologue I think. I don't remember having such massive amount of customers in the demo. But there was still a lot. And they are all patient AF and the lines get super long. There's no penalty for just running off and doing whatever you want. Get ice cream, go mop (if you can; it's hard to when they are standing on the footprints).

-One of the VERY FEW things that is changed for the positive for the prologue is that you don't need to go grab the mop to mop things up, BUT just about every customer makes the store dirty (or so it seems, since there's just so many of them) and it's such a chore and hassle to do, especially considering you HAVE NO DOWN TIME BETWEEN CUSTOMERS PERIOD, EVEN ON DAYS ONE AND TWO!!!!!!!! In fact, the line will CONSTANTLY be baking up.

-This is all made worse by the fact that time does not pause for you at the beginning of the day, even on day one, so you don't have time to prepare a bunch of ice cream in advance. If you were to prepare a bunch of ice cream in advance, it would take forever, and you wouldn't have any time at the end of the day to open. If you open after making you first batch, you will run out of ice cream super fast and need to make more. THIS IS MADE EVEN WORSE by the fact you unlock strawberry ice cream in the middle of the day, and can neither make it NOR even buy strawberries ahead of time to prepare.

-This is made EVEN WORSE by the fact that you can barely store more than one crate worth of cream and milk in the fridge at a time (which this game calls freezer, hinting that English is not the devs' native language....I once met a Haitian guy that didn't know the difference between the two and it was fun teaching him, but he was nice. I digress....) And a single case of milk and cream only makes 6 batches of ice cream. SPOILER ALERT: you will use more than that by the end of day two due to MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF CUSTOMERS.

-One positive over the demo is you now can hold 5 things at once instead of 2, though there doesn't appear to be a way to like stow the item you're holding unless you pick up another item or swap to another item. So like sometimes I'm just carrying around a giant box of cones for no reason because I can't set them down just anywhere (no of course not; you can only set cones down on the storage rack). Anyway....don't get too excited about this though because any items you're carrying when you exit the game are lost. lol And maybe this is to prevent a soft lock that I discovered in the demo (did they ACTUALLY listen to me?....probably not) but the thing is if you buy too much milk and cream (or vanilla or strawberries or whatever else) you either have to keep playing until you can use it all, or you lose it all. And that happened to me when I quit because this prologue is terrible and I probably won't ever play again anyway.

-There's a shelf you can store extra sugar on which I didn't find at first and that's nice, but you can't put vanilla on it which is the stupidiest thing I've ever heard.....the shear restrictions on where you can and can't place stuff in this game is the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen in any simulator game.

-The camera sensitivity is terrible. 0.2 is way too slow and 0.4 is way too fast. There's no in between.

-One of the biggest problems I have with the game is how easy it is to cheat making 3 star ice cream. In the demo, you could dump 90% 1 star ice cream into 10% 3 star ice cream and it made 100% 3 star ice cream. lol Well I tried to test if that still happens in the prologue but it's too hard to get rid of sugar that I just used 3 star sugar and 1 star ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS to make vanilla ice cream an guess what? the ice cream was 3 stars lol. So guess what? I'm sure if I did just make 1 star ice cream and dump it into the 3 star it'd be 3 star. But it doesn't even matter because of how stupid cheap sugar is so if that works then you may as well just always use 3 star sugar (and that way you don't have to worry about running out). However, cheating isn't fun so this is lame but people will always min/max the fun out of a game if given the opportunity and it's very blatantly obvious here.

-You unlock the 3rd ice cream slot before you unlock the 3rd ice cream flavor which is just weird. Also, the game doesn't tell you when you unlock stuff or anything. Like you unlock strawberry ice cream at level 2 but I wouldn't have known that without watching the YouTube video. I went and bought strawberries and THEN the tutorial is like "oh hey, make some strawberry ice cream" (as if I even need to be taught how to make ice cream anymore at this point) but ok.

-The demo is terrible about telling you how to do stuff like make ice cream btw. A lot of it I learned from just watching the YouTuber play. I'm sure the devs coached him on what to do because there's no way he could know.

So that's about all I can think of for this game. I'm sure there's more. But there's so many issues, all or most of which were in the demo, but they'll never be fixed because the devs don't listen. And I seem to be the only one who actually cares about this game. Not even the devs do. So whatever. I'm done after this unless I get a serious, genuine reply from the devs (which won't happen).

bill 12.20 they give £100 got give them 87.80 change this need be change would't mind if was £20 or £15 to give you £100

other than that 10/10 game
