Howdy Bouncers!

You've been incredible, playing, streaming, reporting, and digging into every corner of Roadhouse Simulator: Prologue. We're working as fast as we can to keep up with you, especially on some much-needed content update, so here's what's new in terms of fixes:

What's fixed:

Fixed a softlock that could occur when changing keybindings
Fixed an issue where pressing Tab stopped working after loading a save
Fixed a hitch that occurred for a second after the player was knocked out by the policeman
Fixed a crash related to AI movement
Various localization updates

Huge thanks to everyone reporting issues. Every report helps. Keep them coming, leave your thoughts in the discussions, and tell us what you want to see next. We're listening, and the upcoming Demo is being shaped right now by what you tell us!

Content Update Coming

Hey Bouncers!

It seems our idea to provide a first glimpse of the game before a proper Demo as a short prologue focusing on the general vibe and emphasising combat did not go as well as we hoped.

Almost half of you want more than that before the actual demo of the game becomes available, and want to let you know that we are listening to your feedback.

We are preparing a content update to introduce some of the more classical Roadhouse mechanics to the Prologue and also to tone down the combat at least a bit.

[h4]We are trying to get this content update ready for the weekend.[/h4]

Additionally, we will be rolling out a smaller update today and one tomorrow. These, however, are more about smaller fixes.

Fighting the Police: Bad Idea, Great Content

Howdy Bouncers!

Sooner or later, the law shows up. Maybe someone called in, maybe the brawl got a little too public. Either way, when the Policeman walks through that door, do yourself a favour and put your fists down.

You can try to fight him. The game won't stop you.
But he hits harder, moves faster, and doesn't get tired. Every punch you land just makes him angrier, and an angry cop is not something your bar or your face can afford.

Get caught swinging at the law, and the consequences go beyond a black eye. Some fights aren't worth winning, and this one you simply can't.

Keep your cool and your hands to yourself.

Devs, You did well. :D

So the prologue its self isn't as bad as I'd assume it would be. A lot of, or well.. too much punch spam, wont lie. I could actually see my self playing this one though on launch! It just has the perfect comedic vibe about it all without too much of a chore (so far) https://youtu.be/AoTjP2iN11Y...

Cool but it's just so little of it

It's like 10 minutes and we only get to fight and click some stuff to fix furniture and mop the floor. The quality is overall good. I have a couple of remarks: -- mopping animation is too chaotic and caused motion sickness for me, not sure about others -- strong attack seems to be a bit useless as it does less damage than full light combo and does not give you as much rage, I learned you just use kick to break the guard and combo the light attack to fill as much rage as possible is the simple strat to fi...

What is this?

You just punch and kick waves of people and then click furniture to repair it. If this isn't a joke then its probably the laziest prologue to ever be released. Playway has some competition.

Based off this prologue. i will be removing this game from my wish list. don't mind the ocassional fight, but this makes it seem like thats all the game will be about. if thats what i wanted to play i will get a zombie shooter

The fighting 4 0r 5 men is difficult and hard for me. I had start over fighting multiple times and it irritating. I can't get pass the last fighting of 5 men. Why can't players use chairs or whatever around the bar to include in the fight.?
