A magic-incapable independent magic researcher lives a quiet life with his sister Mea. One day, a succubus girl suddenly appears with news of an imminent monster invasion. Moved by her plea to stop the invasion despite being a monster herself, the protagonist sets out with his sister and companions on a quest to destroy the transmission crystals. What appears to be a simple adventure tale gradually develops into themes of loss, love, and the nature of reality in this classic fantasy JRPG.

The highlight is a combat design remarkably polished for an indie H-RPG. Each character has a skill tree that can be freely respec'd at any time at no cost, and the fun of experimenting with optimal builds against each boss's unique attack patterns is genuine. Equipment uses a craft system with dropped materials, functioning well as motivation for exploration. Difficulty is adjustable across four tiers at any time; at the easiest, one-hit KOs are possible, accommodating players whose goal is the story or H-scenes. QoL considerations such as fast travel and save-anywhere are also well implemented.

Character appeal is another strong point. The sister Mea in particular boasts remarkable popularity with her triple combo of brocon devotion, polite speech, and signature side-eye glance, earning first place in a popularity poll on another major platform. Party members such as the succubus companion and a childhood-friend knight each bring their own distinct charm and backstory. Party banter events scattered throughout dungeons evoke the skit systems of classic JRPGs, carefully depicting the companions' personalities and relationships.

Visually, cute anime-style character illustrations are layered over pixel-art environments, with rich facial expression variations. Personally, the art style is quite to my liking. H-scenes are pure-love/harem themed, progressively unlocked through rising affection at inns. Female-led encounters are somewhat prominent, but the overall tone is warmly affectionate and satisfying throughout.

If there is room for improvement, it would be that the total number of H-scenes feels modest relative to the RPG's playtime. At this price point it is arguably sufficient, but players prioritizing volume may find it lacking.

Including multiple endings, this is arguably a solid recommendation for players drawn to classic fantasy JRPG gameplay who also enjoy pure-love harem H-scenes.

魔法が使えない独立系魔法研究者の主人公が、妹のメアと二人で暮らす穏やかな日常。そこに突然現れた魅魔の少女が、モンスター侵攻の危機を告げる。自ら魔族でありながら侵攻阻止を訴える彼女の言葉に動かされ、主人公は妹や仲間と共に伝送クリスタル破壊の旅に出る。一見シンプルな冒険譚だが、物語は喪失・愛・現実の本質といったテーマへ静かに展開していく王道ファンタジーJRPGだ。

本作の見どころは、インディーH-RPGとは思えないほど堅実な戦闘設計にある。キャラごとのスキルツリーはいつでもノーコストで振り直し可能で、ボスの攻撃パターンに合わせて最適な構成を試行錯誤する楽しさがある。装備はドロップ素材を使ったクラフト方式で、探索の動機付けとしてもうまく機能している。難易度は4段階でいつでも変更可能。最低難度なら一撃KOも可能なため、物語やHシーンを目的とするプレイヤーにも配慮されている。ファストトラベルやどこでもセーブといった快適性への配慮も行き届いている。

キャラクターの魅力も訴求点のひとつだ。特に妹のメアは、ブラコン・敬語・ジト目の三連コンボで、某外部サイトの人気投票で1位を獲得するほどの人気を誇る。魅魔の少女や幼なじみの女騎士など、パーティメンバーにはそれぞれ異なる魅力と背景がある。ダンジョン各所で発生するパーティ間の掛け合いイベントは、往年のJRPGのスキットを思わせる演出で、仲間たちの個性と関係性が丁寧に描かれている。

ビジュアルは可愛らしいアニメ調のキャラクターイラストとドット絵の背景が組み合わさった構成で、キャラクターの表情差分も豊かだ。個人的にはなかなか好みの絵柄である。Hシーンは純愛・ハーレム系で、宿屋での好感度上昇によって段階的に解放される。女性リードの展開がやや多めだが、全体を通じて愛情表現が強く後味の良い内容にまとまっている。

改善点を挙げるとすれば、RPGとしてのプレイ時間に対してHシーンの総数がやや控えめな点だろうか。この価格帯であれば十分とも言えるが、分量を重視する層には物足りなさが残るかもしれない。

マルチエンディングも含め、王道ファンタジーJRPGとしてのゲーム性に惹かれ、かつ純愛ハーレム系のHシーンが好みの層には、手堅く勧められる一作だといえる。

it's a nice game with a cheap price, you can enjoy the game without the H-content

An excellent H-JRPG with a fun story, great heroines and genuinely fun RPG elements. You can customize the difficulty to make it ezpz 1 shot everyone or make it difficult enough that you really need to prepare and consider every encounter. The art style is downright gorgeous IMO.

As for H content, there is 4 to 5 for each main heroine and a few extras for characters not part of your combat waifu team. Honestly, I wish there were at least 3 more per heroine and either 2 more per side girl or an extra few girls. However, each of those 3 or 5 scenes come with 4 variants which slightly alter the art in some and always change the dialogue up.

There is no "end game" but the game does go to free play. So if you feel like you're getting close to the end of the game but havent seen all the heroine scenes and stories yet, worry not. You will be able to continue after the end of the game and keep romancing them until you see it all.

According to the dev's twitter, there is a DLC that launched on the same day as the steam release. The steam release does not have the DLC, but the dev sounded like he was in talks with Kagura Games to get the DLC translated and added to the game. When I get the chance I will be getting the DLC for my other copy of the game and I'll update this review if there is anything noteworthy about it :)

Edit: The DLC is slated for launch on another site for "Late June", so its not out yet. It will be Japanese only and will contain (If I was reading it correctly) 21 additional H scenes.
