The Warena demo is live

Warena is a real-time card battler. Draw your hand, manage your mana, push the lanes, and tear down the enemy base before they take yours. Hero Skills and Runes let you reshape your strategy mid-match.

The demo includes the first four campaign maps, playable now at your own pace as you learn the core systems.

Multiplayer opens when Steam Next Fest begins on June 15. During the demo you can invite a friend to a 1v1 match and battle head to head. Full online multiplayer arrives with the full version.

Final Playtest Before Our Next Fest Demo

The final Warena playtest is open through May 31. Your feedback feeds straight into the demo, which goes live with Steam Next Fest (June 15-22).

please add pause functionality to singleplayer

I just played the demo and my initial request is to add a pause functionality while playing singleplayer. This would have greatly helped me to actually read all those values of the cards and spells instead of getting overwhelmed by the enemies. I later found the link to the wiki in the settings. I suggest to make this link more prominent or even move the whole wiki right into the game itself. Other than that I think it is a cute, little game - but from my singleplayer experience in the first four maps it...
