Right after FIND ALL: Valentine's Day, it’s time for its kitty counterpart, HIDDEN CATS 10: Valentine's Day. I’ll admit I preferred the FIND ALL vibe for the season, but this one still delivers a good dose of heart-themed hide and seek. It took me 1h02 to 100%, and it definitely leans toward the “veteran spotter” crowd.

The hint system is quick and rechargeable, though it flat out reveals the answer, thankfully with no penalty attached. You get brightness settings, a good save system, okay zoom that could go closer since many cats blend right into the background, and achievements that follow normal progression. The amount of content feels fair for the price, and the music is ridiculously relaxing, worthy of meditation retreat.

On the flip side, it can be very tricky for beginners, especially if you’re not used to blended in cats from previous entries. There are also some glare issues tied to the brightness option as reported by Amjara. I still think FIND ALL nailed the Valentine ambiance better, but if you’re a seasoned searcher looking for a proper challenge, this one will keep your eyes busy.

I would recommend this for HO fans who like a true challenge. This one was, by far, the most difficult of the Hidden Cats games. A lot of stealthily hidden cats amongst the overload of lines and curves. I enjoyed it but the difficulty was unexpected for a game of this nature.

Find the cats. Decent.
