Greetings Legion!

Next Fest has been awesome, there's been 4000 new players to the demo! These numbers are crazy, and I'm happy for every single player that's given it a shot.

Tons of feedback has been shared and I've read and listened to all of it. I'm actively working to add improved UI elements, more player agency, and additional ways to customize your party's build as you play.

The demo won't be getting as many updates from here on out, the primary focus is getting the game ready for 1.0 release. With so many requests and suggestions, it makes me excited to keep working on the game post-release to give it some awesome free content updates. If there's something you'd like to see, be sure to share it!

I feel like some of the biggest complaints some people have about the pace of the game or the feeling of being overwhelmed with little choice will be mitigated greatly by the Adventure mode. I'll share more details in the coming weeks, but it's a much slower paced way to play the game, where each run can feel a lot more unique than playing the battle mode.

But now it's time for me to get to work! Only a couple months before release, and I'm dedicated to ensuring the full release of Legionbound is something to look forward to!

The demo got a huge update this week, and more improvements are always coming. Here's a rundown of the exciting bits:

• Ascension Heroes - Combine 2 of any Synergy heroes together, merging their stats and abilities into a completely unique class

• Keystone Skills - Only 3 activatable at once, these skills can completely change how you build your party, For example, turning every attack from a Strength hero into an AoE attack!

• Boss Idols - Bosses now drop unique Idol items. These powerful artifacts will have an upside and a downside, but can really change how a run shapes up.

• Overhauled progression system

• More skills

• Reworked and rebalanced heroes

• Far improved Party Selection screen

• More info in the glossary

• Detailed "Visual Clarity" menu with a variety of UI options

• Short Scale numbers for readability

• Hero disabling

• Improved difficulty scaling

• Gold rebalance

• Expanded shop menu

• 3 more spells to play with
