Full Patch Notes

Major UI improvements.
Fixed the bug that caused performance drops in the 2D view.
Added the ability to modify the degradation curve in the editor.
Several new features in the editor: customized transfer policies and owner cash injections.
Added Fellen's default vanilla mod—huge thanks to him!
Added the instant result feature requested by Billy.
Fixed several bugs, including the one affecting the future weight of the cars.
Driving styles can now be customized.
Added stages to races.
ADDED NEW REGULATION OPTION: When activated, teams with a better energy system get a HUGE advantage at race starts and restarts.
Several other new features and bug fixes, but since I don't write anything down, I've forgotten them all, so I'll let you discover them!

Great game! Just a couple of questions

First of all, a huge thank you for this true gem! I only have 2 questions: 1) Can you explain the impact of the options during Free Practice? Light/Aggressive, Stability/Neutral/Performance. 2) How does the new PU management work? I got everything on 100% even after many races. Am I missing something? Thanks again for your amazing work!...

Update 0.22 is OUT!

🌟 Major Highlight: Performance Gap Selector The biggest addition to this update is the new Performance Gap Selector. It allows for perfectly equal performance with more balanced gaps. A driver with a +0.1 level advantage will no longer have a massive performance edge if the gap value is set very low.

✨ New Features & Improvements

Custom Save Names: You can now name your save files.
Calendar Overhaul: Improved scheduling and flow for the season calendar.
Transfer Policy Update: Added nationality-based transfer logic, as requested by the community!
Dynamic Track Points: Added the ability for tracks to have point multipliers (x0.5, x1, x2), along with improved future development logic.
Smarter AI: The AI now adapts to and respects the budget cap.
Random Driver Generation: Implemented a new system for generating random drivers.
Dev & Understanding System: Major balancing changes and improvements to the core logic.
UI Readability: Money values are now displayed with a "k" (e.g., 100k) instead of decimals (0.1M).
Sponsor Payout Adjustment: Sponsors can now pay a minimum of 1k (previously locked to a 100k minimum).
Plus many other small features and quality-of-life improvements!

🐛 Bug Fixes

Driver Age Fix: Resolved issues where driver ages were generating incorrectly.
Logo Visibility: Fixed a bug where team/sponsor logos were not appearing for other racing categories.
Sponsor Names: Fixed a bug affecting sponsor names in other categories.
Reserve Tracks: Fixed issues related to reserve tracks not working properly.
Several other minor under-the-hood fixes.

🍎 MAC RELEASE IS LIVE! 🍎

I am incredibly happy to announce that Delta Manager is finally available on Steam for Mac! What I naively thought would be a "quick and easy" port turned into an absolute, never-ending development hell. But I survived, and the Mac version is here! Just a quick heads-up: future Mac updates will generally roll out a bit later than the Windows ones. The reason is simple: I don't have 24/7 access to a MacBook, so I have to work around that to test the builds! Moving forward, I really want to focus on accessibility for the next updates. I'll be working on much more detailed tutorials and adding colorblind-friendly settings. Thanks for your patience and support!

Second season part development failures

I'm in the second season of the game playing as Oakwood. Not sure why but every time I try and develop a current part or do research on a part for next season it is coming back as failed, despite me choosing the safest settings to be successful. I also have comfortably enough funds to pay for them. Can't see from the guide what I am doing wrong. This is getting frustrating now as it means I can't improve my car at all, so my results have tailed off and every race gives pretty much the same poor result. Am ...

Windowed Mode

Would you mind adding a windowed mode? I see I can toggle it with F11 then resize it, but it doesn't have a title bar and makes it a bit cumbersome to move around.

Hello again, please create a complete, detailed guide to the game and mods. Many points are unclear, especially the value parameters and how they affect strength from 0 to 100 or 0 to 200. Of course, it would be preferable if this were built into the game or at least posted in a community thread....

I didn't play any Formula management games in some time, after trying this I am very happy I gave it a chance.

Editor is totally insane here, you can edit practically anything and dev keeps adding more stuff you ask for. Development is going very nicely right now and I am super excited for this games future.
You can create tracks like literally whole track in the editor, It's amazing.

A lot of things are still to be added but the shape of the game is already there, you can also spectate AI and simulate through seasons to see what happens. Manage development of your cars designs, regulations changes, track swaps between season (voting on those). Weekend management is there as well, set it up or manage it also in the way driver drives everything is there.

Give the game a chance it is totally worth it!
