Is this malware? It opened a suspicius exe of the name Overlink 2 and a dark screen. Would not recomend unless you wanna take a big big risk

There must be a missing tutorial right? I don't understand what I'm doing or what the goal is. The UI is not intuitive enough for me to understand the game mechanics. A few questions: What are those areas on the map? Why two path cannot be connected by a shared node? Why is my money increasing? How to unlock other region on the map? How to cross the river?...

Saw this in the Steam Fest demos, immediately clicked on Wishlist seeing from the first screenshot how it looks like the Mini Metro series. Copying / idea stealing aside, I thought someone created an even better game of that type. Otherwise why would they make a "copy"? Wrong. The shouldn't start after the opening menu. The settings should not be hidden in the pause button. When I put the game in windowed mode the place my mouse is and the place the game thinks my mouse is are not the same, so I can't click the things.
