We want to share an important and honest message with the community regarding the development of the game.

As some of you may know, the project is being developed from Cuba 🇨🇺, and unfortunately the current situation in the country is making development more difficult than usual.

Recently we have been experiencing very long electricity outages, sometimes lasting 10 to 12 hours or even more per day. ⚡

Because of these power cuts, there are many moments during the day when we simply cannot work on the game, which directly affects the speed at which we can develop updates.

For this reason, future updates may temporarily become less frequent.

However, we want to reassure everyone that:

📢 Development of the game will continue.
📢 We will keep sharing announcements and progress updates.
📢 Whenever possible, we will inform you about upcoming features and release dates.

Even if updates take a little longer, we will try to stay active with announcements so you can follow the progress of the project.

We truly apologize for this situation.

We feel very sorry about not being able to work at the pace we would like, but unfortunately these circumstances are outside of our control.

With this update we wanted Outbreak to feel more intense, darker, and more brutal. 🧟‍♂️⚠️

The apocalypse should not feel clean or simple. It should feel chaotic, violent, and dangerous. ☣️🌫️

Because of this, we introduced new gore effects.

Now when you shoot zombies, blood effects appear when bullets hit them, making combat feel much more impactful and visceral. 🩸🔫💥

This change is part of a larger direction for the game where we want the world to feel:

🩸 darker
⚠️ more dangerous
🌑 more immersive
🧟 more intense

The apocalypse should feel like a world that truly collapsed.

Zombies are now smarter and more responsive thanks to improvements to their AI system. ⚙️🧠

They should now feel:

🧟 more active
🧟 more threatening
🧟 more present in the world

Encounters with zombies are now more dynamic and unpredictable. ⚠️

We have completely replaced the zombie sound effects. 🎧🔊

The new sounds are:

🧟 more realistic
🌑 more disturbing
🎧 more immersive

This helps the atmosphere feel much darker and more tense, especially when zombies are nearby but not yet visible. 🌫️👀

While fixing other systems we also added a new type of zombie.

These infected appear in desert areas of the map and help make the world feel more varied and alive. 🌵☀️

You will now encounter different types of zombies depending on where you explore. 🧭

We fixed a very important bug that was affecting the entire world. 🚨

Previously the spawn system was incorrectly positioned, which caused:

❌ zombies not spawning
❌ animals not spawning
❌ some areas feeling empty

This issue has now been completely fixed. ✅

Now the world feels far more alive and populated. 🧟🌍

Since the spawn system is now working correctly, we also significantly increased the number of zombies across the entire map. 🧟🧟🧟

Exploring the world should now feel:

⚠️ more dangerous
🌑 more tense
🧟 more unpredictable

Survival now requires more planning and awareness.

To help players deal with the growing danger, we added:

These expand the available arsenal and give players more options when fighting zombies. 💥🧟

More weapons are planned for future updates. ⚙️

One of the most requested features has finally arrived.

The first vehicle introduced is a camping van. 🏕️🚐

Features:

🚐 Works in Single Player
🚐 Works in Multiplayer
🚐 Fully drivable around the map

Since this is the first vehicle system implemented, it may still contain small bugs or unexpected behavior. ⚠️

However, we believe it is now stable enough for players to start using it and testing it. 🧪

More vehicles will be added in future updates. 🚗🚙

We added invisible boundaries in certain areas of the map. 🧱

This prevents players from:

❌ jumping outside the map
❌ falling into unintended areas

These boundaries only exist in specific locations where leaving the map was possible. 🗺️

One of the most important additions in this update is progress on the game's story.

Now when you create a new world, you will receive your first mission. 🎯

Travel to the Military Base 🪖
and discover what happened there. 📂

This is the beginning of the story system in Outbreak. 📖

More missions and chapters will continue to be added in future updates. 🚧

We also made improvements to RAM memory usage. 🧠💻

This helps the game run more efficiently and smoothly. ⚙️
