Can't seem to start any raids, I click begin and it makes a noise but nothing happens.

what are those ? is this a system to upgrade gobelins ? if so, how to do it ? that game have no tutorial, no explanations, nothing ...

I tried to place human girl 10 and the game crashed, and upon reopening the game all progress was reset.
